Making Bees Your Business
Increasingly bees and pollinators are recognised for their services to support food production, deliver public goods and build natural capital.
Caroline Drummond MBE, LEAF Chief Executive will highlight the work that LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) and their farmers are doing to support bees, pollinators and habitats, against a background of climate change and the need to transform our food and farming systems. Highlighting some of the global stresses, she will focus on the opportunities at a more local level, with farmer to farmer engagement, science-based decision making, the market opportunity through LEAF Marque, education and public engagement, such as LEAF Open Farm Sunday and citizen science.
